Warm bananas and yoghurt recipe
A crafty way to get the kids to eat more fruit!

Ingredients
- 20g low-fat spread
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced into diagonal chunks
- zest and juice of 1 orange
- 4 tablespoons low-fat Greek-style natural yoghurt
Method

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat and add the low-fat spread.

Add the banana pieces and fry gently for 2 minutes. Add the orange juice and cook for another 30 to 40 seconds. Sprinkle with the grated orange zest.
Information:Take care not to overcook the bananas, or else they will go very mushy.

Divide into bowls and top each portion with 1 tablespoon of low-fat Greek yoghurt.
