You can use the NHS App, or log in through the NHS website, to change your password and login details. You can also update the details NHS services use to contact you.

Accessing your account on another phone
You can use someone else's phone or tablet to set up your NHS login. But you'll need access to the phone number you provide, as we send a security code to it every time you log in.
Deleting your account
You might have used your NHS login to access one or more websites or apps, as well as the NHS App.
Important
After you have deleted your NHS login:
- you will not be able to access websites or apps using your NHS login (you might have to set up a new login if you want to access them)
- those websites or apps might keep some information about you
You can delete your account using the NHS App or website:
- Go to Account and then Settings.
- Select Manage NHS account.
- Select Login and security settings.
- Select Delete my NHS account.
