What the NHS Health Check online covers
The NHS Health Check online is available to those aged 40 to 74. It offers the same benefits as the face-to-face health check and spots early signs of:
- heart disease
- stroke
- kidney disease
- type 2 diabetes
- dementia
The good news is that all these conditions are preventable, even if they run in your family.
Who can do the NHS Health Check online
You can complete the NHS Health Check online if you:
- are aged 40 to 74
- have received an invitation with a link to the online service from a participating provider
- do not have certain pre-existing health conditions
If you are aged 40 to 74 and have not had an invitation to the online service, you may still be able to do the NHS Health Check in person.
