How you'll receive your blood test kit

Your blood test kit will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. It should arrive within 2 working days.

You do not need to be at home to receive your kit. It will fit through your letterbox and does not require a signature on delivery.

The kit is in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

You can recycle the kit after completing your blood test.

If you have not received your kit within 10 working days, contact the NHS App and account team.

Include the address where your kit is being sent in your message.
