Release notes for NHS Health Check online

• We've made some minor updates and bug fixes.
• We have made security updates.

We are currently testing a new service called NHS Health Check online.

Release 1.5 is the initial test phase. During this test phase, access is by invitation only from a participating GP surgery.

• We've integrated with NHS Login and NHS App for access to the service.
• We've restricted access to the service by your NHS number.
• We've published the online questionnaire that forms part of the service.
• We've integrated with Ordnance Survey (OS) Places to help you find your delivery address for the blood test kits.
• We've integrated with our supplier Thriva, so you can order your blood test(s) and receive your blood test results.
• We've integrated with Endeavour Predict to calculate your QRISK3 score (also known as your cardiovascular risk score) and your heart age.
• We've included calculations of your Leicester risk score (for diabetes risk), your body mass index (BMI), your alcohol use disorders identification test score (AUDIT) and your general practice physical activity questionnaire (GPPAQ).
• We've integrated with the EMIS IM1 transaction API, which means your results will be written to your GP health record.
• We've connected to NHS Notify, which will send you a message when your results are ready.
• We've created detailed results guidance and follow-up advice.
