Important: Changes to flu vaccinations
After 19 December 2024, you can no longer book a flu vaccination at a pharmacy using this service.
You will also not be able to book a flu vaccination through the 119 service.
COVID-19 vaccination
You may also be offered a COVID-19 vaccination in the same appointment, if you are eligible.
How it works
The service will check if you need a vaccine before you book.
You’ll need the booking reference number we sent you to change or cancel your appointment.
Book over the phone
You can call 119 free of charge to book over the phone if you cannot book online.
You can speak to a translator if you need to.
Find a pharmacy service
You can find a pharmacy service to get a vaccine without an appointment.
If you have difficulties communicating or hearing
You can use textphone 18001 or the NHS 119 British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter service if you have difficulties communicating or hearing, or if you are a BSL user.
