Book, change or cancel a RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) vaccination at a pharmacy

Use this service to:

  • book a vaccination appointment at a pharmacy
  • check your existing appointment details
  • change your appointment
  • cancel your appointment

Important

Currently, you can only book online appointments if you are living in or near to Suffolk and North East Essex and Mid and South Essex.

You can currently use this service if either:

  • you're aged 75 to 79
  • you turned 80 after 1 September 2024 (you're eligible for the free RSV vaccine until 25 August 2025)

More sites will offer RSV vaccinations soon. If you cannot find an appointment in your area, please contact your GP surgery.

If you're pregnant, please get in touch with your GP or midwife for more information on getting the RSV vaccination.

The service will check if you need a vaccine before you book.

You'll need the booking reference number we sent you to change or cancel your appointment.

Getting an appointment at a GP surgery

You can also get an RSV vaccination at a GP surgery.

Your GP surgery may contact you about getting the RSV vaccine. This may be by letter, text, phone call or email. You do not need to wait to be contacted before booking your vaccination.
