The NHS heart age calculations are generated by JavaScript using the JBS3 Cardiovascular Risk Assessment. All calculations were reproduced verbatim. You can reproduce these calculations using the original QRISK®-lifetime cardiovascular risk calculator or the JBS3 source on GitHub.

The JBS3 Cardiovascular Risk Assessment was created by the Understanding Uncertainty team of the University of Cambridge (UoC), working with the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS). The current version of the risk assessment was released in 2012 and is copyright the University of Cambridge. It is released under version 3 of the GNU General Public Licence. The source code, containing a copy of this license is published on GitHub. If the tool is, subject to the terms of version 3 of the GNU Public Licence, distributed, transmitted, displayed, reproduced or published by anyone other than the NHS, BCS or UoC, each of the NHS, BCS and UoC shall not be liable to any users thereof and they each fully disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage, of whatever nature, that may be suffered by such users.
