Had a bad experience with the Dr, he made me feel dumb for asking to do the right the choose pathway, he kept said no to everything, it was like he didn't know the answer. He ended up calling the mental health specialist during my appointment because he didn't know what he was saying. Refused to listen to anything I was saying, it looked like he was panicking because he just saying "No , come back later and check for yourself first" multiple times, even though I done my research and had the options I had in mind. A complete waste of time.

I have been suffering from Shingles from last 2 weeks and trying to get appointment with a doctor but my requests are falling on deaf ears despite going to the surgery with infection and swollen eye. Receptionist even refused to give me a repeat prescription and asked me to visit A&E to get it. Pathetic service offered by this surgery running on public money. They clearly do not understand and empathetic towards patients pain & agony and run it like a business milking public money through NHS. Really disappointed how this surgery is even operational with such attitude towards patients. Receptionist behaviour is appalling and failed to differentiate between routine and emergency appointments and never give a satisfactory response on why GP appointments are not available. Only response reception has, GP is not an emergency service and you should go to nearest waking A&E center. My advise to this surgery l, if you can't provide a service you are deemed to please close the center and give someone more efficient a chance to serve public and provide better health service.

Phone was answered quickly by a pleasant lady who dealt with my prescription queries. Also booked me a telephone consultation - two week wait which I have just had - my telephone consultation was with a very helpful Doctor who patiently listened and answered all my queries putting me at ease with a follow up appointment in the future. No complaints here - thank you Shmp !
