Not permitted to show her name but I need to give praise to j. She is always professional, easy to talk to, very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable every time I have spoken with her. I am always impressed by her commitment to going the extra mile. The last time I spoke with j to rearrange my injection I said I looked forward to speaking to her again soon and she informed me would be leaving her job. I was so sorry to hear that. She will be a huge loss to the service and I don't think you will get anyone better than her, she knows her job inside out. She really is an amazing girl. good luck in your new role wherever that may be.

The Botox Secretary, called me on Friday 26 July with a cancellation for an appointment. Can I just say what a lovely friendly lady she is, she was happy to chat to me and listen to some of my concerns as I was dubious about treatment and the side effects when I'm away on holiday. What an outstanding professional. she is a credit to your Headache Team and goes over and above her role to help. Ive spoken to the other lady there who justs puts you on hold about 3 times in a row!
