You recently treated my 94 year old mum in A&E and Gloucester Ward. You are all amazing; You are, without exception, kind and sweet and I am in awe of your endless patience and hard work. Thank you for all you do. Have a wonderful Christmas.

I used your Swiftqueue link in order to book a blood test, but when I arrived, the Phlebotomy Reception could not find any booking for me, so I accepted the option of waiting for 45 minutes. I have no idea of what happened to my booking, and when checking back online, the Swiftqueue website simply did not recognise me. It worked well for my August appointment at the Royal Surrey, so it remains a mystery. The phlebotomist was charming and very friendly.

I attended Epsom Endoscopy Department for a gastroscopy today. The whole process was seamless. The staff, knew what they were doing and engendered confidence for me in them and the process. It turned what was a worrying time for me into a good experience. Well done to the staff. The NHS at its best.

Just wanted to say to the entire team from Surrey Ambulance, Children's & A&E and the team in Casey Ward who cared for our daughter - thank you. Thank you for providing exceptional care, compassion and a seamless service. We are truly grateful to have received such wonderful care for our Daughter at Epsom Hospital.

Review titled Excellent care

I was taken by ambulance to St Helier A&E in the early hours of 31 Oct with severe stomach pains. I was seen almost immediately and given X rays and a CT scan. I was given a bed on a newly refurbished ward and later that week had a lengthy operation to unblock my bowel. After spending time in intensive care and on a surgical ward, I was discharged a week later. Throughout, the care I received was excellent, sympathetic and timely. As well as the doctors, nurses and care assistants, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the wards (including the toilets and showers) and by the variety of food on offer (though unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat until my last couple of days). I know that a lot of work went on behind the scenes to get my operation organised quickly and I should like to thank all those involved.

I had a CT scan on my Bowel today at Epsom, I must commend the two ladies who did the scan, they made the whole process as easy as possible and we had a laugh which was great. Thank you both so much
