    From the moment i received the telephone call from the consultants secretary, through to having my pre-op consultation, everything has been explained and is exceptional. The only comment i would make is the rather stupid check in on line appointment system. By the time you get your password and enter it, it has expired. I even got a check in e-mail today 56minutes after the time of my appointment. I would respectfully suggest you delete this part of your system until you have sorted the gremlins out, it can cause a lot of constination to elderly people, especially those who live on their own. Heatherwod hospital and its staff are a credit to your trust.

    I want to send a massive thank you to all of the staff involved with my care between the 15th and 18th of March 2023. I was sent to A&E after some complications with a recent surgery and was quickly admitted and taken care of by one of the sisters at the front desk. She made me feel calm and at ease while finding me a room to wait for care and consult of ENT. I had a short wait in A&E where I was cared for tentatively before being moved up to a ward and admitted. As my complications continued I was consulted by a number of ENT specialists who included me in decision making and planning for treatment. Ultimately I required a second surgery however despite this being sudden the team made me feel at ease and well cared for. They were able to get a theatre ready within ab hours notice and still had the time to explain the procedure and answer questions. Despite the urgency of the situation I was never once rushed or pushed into anything that made me uncomfortable. I was back on the ward where my fantastic nurse went out of her way to get me food as the kitchen had closed but I needed to eat. She provided me with lovely food and also comforted my mum who was quite stressed about the situation. I am so pleased with the care I experienced at Frimley Park. The staff resolved a lot of issues and complications I had and comforted me through some difficult nights. A very very big thank you to all!

    I would like to express my gratitude to the staff in A and E for the excellent, compassionate and swift treatment I received following a fall on 16th March 2023. I have nothing but praise for the department and all the staff who were so helpful at the time. I would also like to thank the Trauma & Orthopaedics staff for their follow up advice and referral.

    I was booked in to Heatherwood hospital for a colonoscopy and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional. From receiving the appointment in a timely fashion following my referral from my GP, to being phoned to confirm the procedure and what it would entail, to receiving the pre-procedure treatment and all the guides about the procedure, everything was done in an ordely and efficient way. The day itself was extremely straight forward. The hospital is modern and clean, and all the staff and doctors were fantastic, taking their time to explain the procedure, clarifying the risks and options, and exactly what would happen. The nurse who prepared me for the procedure was lovely and very reassuring whilst making sure she provided me with all the informaiton I needed and answering any questions I may have had. The care from my nurse in the procedure and the 2 doctors who performed the procedure were excellent, checking I was OK at all times, reassuring me and keeping me updated on progress. Honestly, the care I received I would have expected from a private health clinic. I was extremely impressed and extremely grateful to all the staff and doctors. Fantastic.

    I went to accident and emergency yesterday morning with atrial fibrillation and was seen straight away then admitted shortly after. I received very good care from all the staff and ended up having a cardioversion in the afternoon after which I was discharged. I am lucky to have such a good hospital as my local hospital.

    I was referred to dermatology by my GP under the 2 week wait. The dermatology appointment came through quickly with a phone call and a letter confirming The dermatology appt was on time and the doctor i saw was extremely professional and thorough. I was referred to the plastic surgeons for an excisional biopsy which was scheduled within 10 days , again a phone call and a letter. I easily completed my pre Ax form online and arrived at the spotless modern new heatherwood. Everything ran to time, the 8 plus staff members i came into contact with were friendly and professional The hospital was spotless. I was out within the hour and a follow up booked within 10 days. The whole experience form start to finish has been 1st class

    From the arrival of ambulance at home to discharge from a&e my experience was quite unbelievable. Calm and professional paramedics, nurses working hard but still giving you the time and care you need, volunteers bringing tea and amazing doctors who found the best solution and medication to make me better. The work they do in a busy and difficult situation is quite special. I really appreciated them all for looking after me and considering all options to give best outcome. Within 24 hours I was feeling much more human again and my symptoms virtually disappeared. I went home with prescription and clear idea of what to do next. Thank you everyone you are life savers!

    My 2 daughters were both born at Frimley Park Hospital, and right from day 1 the staff have provided outstanding care. In the last month, we had to take our youngest child to a&e, and we cant take enough the doctors and nurses who looked after our child, they are the real heroes of our society! Despite the long wait and countless patients, they always try to provide a high level of care and treatment. We always go home with great relief, peace of mind and gratitude! Thank You Frimley, Thank You NHS! Big Thanks to the Paediatric a&e and Paramedics!!
