A shout out to staff in triage who were extremely kind and caring. A special shout out to the nurse st, who took my blood and looked after me her care , helpfulness and friendly attitude towards me was excellent. Thank you

I received good service and most staff were very friendly and caring. One of the receptionists attitude was rude and uncaring considering the people are not well who attend this hospital.

A huge shout to the wonderful staff member on the Arbury Ward. We called a sick relative from Perth Western Australia . Utilising their IPad we were able to have a final goodbye conversation . Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely nurse who assisted us. Kindness and compassion at its finest . A credit to her profession and employers

I attended Urgent Care in Nuneaton on 06.09.2024, and wanted to give a shout out and praise to the fantastic nurses working in triage assessment that night. It was obvious that the Friday night rush was extremely chaotic and stressful for them, but they remained positive, calm, friendly and approachable throughout. They actively went above and beyond to ensure everybody was comfortable. I saw one nurse get stopped repeatedly by several different patients on her way to another room, and she responded to each one with kindness, compassion and empathy. She took all of their individual requests seriously and went out of her way to get answers for each one. I cannot commend our fantastic nurses enough for making a very scary experience feel reassuringly calm- even if the service is extremely stretched.

The CAU is not fit for purpose. No ventilation, no windows, dirty, small and overcrowded. Hot and stuffy! Desensitised staff who do not care about children. No attempt to minimise children's discomfort. Long wait times for small children! Hospital management need to investigate the CAU urgently. Felt like a third world hospital!

Arrive at just gone 11am, first process of arrival to A&E being triaged by nurse and receiving ECG was quick. However once we were moved onto the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) department there was zero process. Waited over 2 hours for bloods to be taken. Over an hour then to be seen by a doctor to then be sent for an XRay which we knew we needed as we had been referred by the GP to A&E for Xray and Blood Tests. Xray process was pretty quick but once returned we waited ages to be seen by the doctor again and when we were seen we had the consultation in a store cupboard. We are now over 6 hours into our visit and are now waiting on the final test results to be sent home. The process needs streamlining and the staff could benefit from some lean training to improve the process and reduce waiting times considerably. Finally the food available in WHSmiths is poor and is mainly junk food. With the current obesity problem in the UK the NHS should really be promoting healthy eating within there facilities.

Quiet night in the department.All nursing staff unprofessional especially the member of the team dealing with my grandson. Failed on all levels, even the basics of common curtsey! As a registered nurse of 40 yrs you made me ashamed

We visited A&E on Saturday morning with my 2 year old daughter. The waiting time was about an hour. All staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor fixed my daughter's pulled elbow and explained everything clearly. Great service!
