Review titled Disgrace
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 14 September 2023
I had a fibroid embolisation on 13/09/2023. I wad made to wait for 5 hours to receive tta medication. By that time I had nobody to escort me home. I had to leave with a heavy bag (I was informed no heavy lifting) and have been taking dihydracodomol, paracetamol, liquid morphine, ibuprofen. This wad a very unsafe discharge and I pray I make it home safe

I had to stay the night in the practice after waiting back some test results and every staff member was extremely helpful, meeting any specific need that I had. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone and am very grateful for the treatment and help that I received here.

Review titled Amazing Care from Dorcus Surgical Team
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I recently underwent surgery. The whole of the Thoracic Team, from the surgeons, nurses, physio therapist , cleaners and catering staff were amazing. I felt safe and taken care of during what was an anxious time. I cannot thank them enough.

Review titled Turned away from Urgent Care 2 hours before closing
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Dr. Samantha Stancu - Posted on 22 May 2023
I was referred to Guy’s Urgent Care Centre by NHS 111 and advised to attend before 19:00. Upon arrival at 17:18, the triage nurse told me I won’t be able to be seen and recommended I attend A&E at St. Thomas’s Hospital. I advised her that wouldn’t be possible since I have an 8 month old baby who I am breastfeeding. It was a horrible experience and waste of time.

Review titled No communication
Rated 1 star out of 5

Waiting to be seen- no confirmation I am even in the list and no replies to any enquiry or idea of wait time. Phone staff seem to have no idea what is going on. Very worrying and stressful experience.
