Review titled Amazing Experience
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Fath Alloba - Posted on 30 July 2024
Today I had the pleasure of visiting the respiratory clinic at the Royal Liverpool Hospital, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience. Under the care of respiratory consultant and Health Care Assistant, I received one of the best consultations I have ever had in my many years of hospital visits. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. The consultant expertise and compassionate approach ensured that I felt completely cared for. Her thoroughness and attentiveness made a significant difference, providing me with confidence and reassurance throughout the consultation. The health care assistant, was equally outstanding. Her warm demeanor and efficient assistance greatly contributed to the smooth and positive experience. Together, they exemplify the highest standards of patient care. I would like to express my deepest gratitude, respect, and appreciation to both of them ( I wish if I am allowed to mention their names) . Their dedication and kindness have truly made a lasting impression on me. I wish them all the very best in their careers and commend them for their outstanding service. Thank you once again for such a brilliant experience.

Review titled Day surgery with the breast unit team
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Abi - Posted on 12 June 2024
I was under the care of the day case team and breast surgeons - I was treated with respect and kindness from start to finish, my surgical team and the nurses went above and beyond in terms of making me comfortable. At one point I had a panic attack and the team were very supportive. I also had a bad reaction to the anaesthetic, and the nursing team were really attentive and sorted me out with anti-sickness medicine and lots of care. Thank you so much.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Was booked in for minor surgery for June and was brought in last week. The consultant and nursing staff were amazing, to the point, professional and caring. The surgery went well and it is healing fantastically well. Just waiting on biopsy results now and it’s been made clear I will receive a letter in 6-8 weeks time. Couldn’t fault the service top class.

Review titled Read this please
Rated 5 stars out of 5

The building was opened in October 2022 and so is brand new. It is beautiful. I have been in a few hospitals on Merseyside including Arrow Park ( some staff were really good but place dirty food horrible. Very far away) This new Royal Liverpool is incredible and right on my doorstep. As for the staff, everyone I met there nurses, cleaners nursing assistants and doctors, multi disciplinary teams In fact everyone were kind,, ccompassionate, hard working people who were not judgmental and did their best for absolutely every patient. They clearly put patients first (I have been in hospitals where this is not the case, although that is rarely the nurses) And the food at the Royal Liverpool is really, really good!! This amazing hospital is the number 1 reason I do want to move as well as the fact I love Liverpool and (most of) the people who live here are really lovely. My mum had worked all around the world and she said that the nicest people she had ever met were scousers!. I think the Royal Liverpool Hospital is amazing and I hope it continues to be so. Thank you all xx
