    Saw my Doctor on Tuesday at 10.00am for a womens problem. Had a text from Stepping Hill at 11.30 the same day with appointment on the following Friday. Fabulous service. Thank you NHS

    Leading up to a knee replacement operation my husband experienced a severe reaction to an antibiotic. The swift action and superb communication of; the pre assessment team at The Alex (NHS), Cheadle Hulme Health centre and the Chemist in Cheadle Hulme (staff and Pharmacist) has meant a quick change of antibiotic was possible with the GP and Consultant’s approval and for the operation to go ahead tomorrow. Thank you all for your perseverance and kindness.

    Excellent care, from initial referral by my doctor to assessment and follow up to test results the following day. The staff without exception were very competent, excellent at communication and involving me in the decision process. I had blood tests, an x ray for a different referral and follow up from a doctor. The whole process took 3 1/2 hours. So much better than a&e. A really efficient system.

    I attended sdec via a&e. The care I received was superb. The staff were pleasant, patient and informative. I was attended to within quite a short time frame even though the department was obviously busy. I was extremely impressed. Attending the X Ray dept., I heard, rather than saw, medical staff being verbally abused and threatened. This is totally unacceptable and horrific. There should be swift and severe punishment.

    I attended ward d5 for dental treatment, the nurses and porter were so kind when I attended theatre , a male nurse held my hand through out the proceedure,which was so comforting . Thank you all so much !

    Appointment booked for 10:30am for my toddler. Eventually seen at 11:45am. No explanation was offered for what is surely an unacceptable delay and the receptionist seemed extremely curt when I enquired (after 45 minutes waiting) as to when we might be seen, saying they were running slightly late.
