Have tried many times to contact reception regards a matter of a loved one in clatterbridge can't get through just rings and rings I totally understand CQC standing not well led a receptionist should be answering the phone in a time that is free but 20 or 30 mins numerous times of the day no answer is not exceptable poor service

Addressed to the CDU unit from Triage I have been seen within minutes from my arrival , I’ve been checked inside out to find the ground of my problem. Professional and absolutely caring and friendly staff . Got my report at the end of the tests explained in details. Being called by the staff of my oncologist the following morning following up the report. Absolutely pleased with the service professionalism and lovely staff.

No organisation whatsoever in terms of appointments was told 3 different buildings by 3 different staff members, csr park we were told told to use was inaccessible and not the the most appropriate either meaning 25 minutes of walking around and missing the appointment and having to wait again for a slot. More organisation is needed as this is a very common issue
