  1. Review titled Grateful

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was admitted for a cardiac ablation under local anaesthetic as a day patient. From the moment I arrived until the moment I was discharged I had first class treatment. I was constantly observed and monitored. I could not fault the treatment and care I received. Thank you

  2. Review titled Poor hospital

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Emma Dunne - Posted on 26 July 2022

Was advised to attend as had been poorly for 3 days. Sat in A&E for 2 hours to be seen by a nurse who took my temp and my blood pressure of which was extremely high for me. To be told to sit back in the waiting room to be seen by a doctor. Another 2 hours later my name was called out to be walked to another waiting room upstairs to wait again a further 3 hours. 7 hours in total I waited with a fever feeling very poorly and not once did anyone re check my temp within the 5 hours after I first initially seen someone. It was 9pm and just wanted my antibiotics and go home, I was then informed I'd have to come back the following day as the pharmacy shut at 6pm and the medication can only be collected from them. As I left there were people all along the corridor on the floor, including children waiting to get into the waiting room. Then after all that a lovely £7 parking fee to pay plus extra for the return visit the next day to collect prescription which took over an hour! I have never ever been in a hospital like this before and if you have an alternative hospital to attend, go there not here. I will never return to this hospital ever again!
