Review titled Not impressed at all
Rated 3 stars out of 5

Was supposed to have appointment with a neuro surgeon for assessment after rheumatology referred me after an mri scan 4 months ago. The appointment was actually with an Extended Scope Practitioner who had pretty much done the assessment from the mri scan that was done 4 months ago. I was before appointment and still am suffering with extreme pain from neck across shoulder down my arm into hand to my finger tips that are numb. Was unable to prescribe me any pain relief, has referred me for physio and has discharged me.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry that it may have not been made clear that your appointment with an Extended Scope Practitioner who is a specialist therapist. It is disappointing that you are still suffering with pain and your GP should be able to support you with this or refer you to a local pain management service. With kind regards The Patient Experience Team

Thank you all for the treatment I received in my visit in outpatients from the woman who helped us to sign in to the surgeon who put my mind at rest and talked me through the operation I need
