  1. Review titled Great treatment.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mrs Jacqueline Flood - Posted on 14 June 2024

Totally thrilled to say that I felt like I was the most important person ever.I had to have a colonoscopy and was very scared, the welcom I got was unbelievable. I was put totally at ease and felt very safe. They were all working but not to busy to forget me. The nurse stayed with me all the way through. She held my hand. The photographer as he called himself was equally as thoughtful. Not once was I embarrassed. Not a great thing to have done ,but to have it done by people who care is not so bad. After I was taken to recovery where I greeted as if I was a long lost friend. All in all not at all a bad experience. Two days later I recieved a phone to to check if I was alright. They were all really good at their jobs, but also very thoughtful. Thankyou.

  2. Review titled Excellent experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended A and E recently and I have to say even though they were extremely busy I received excellent care, from the lovely receptionist booking me in to the doctor who examined me in Minors. In particular the Triage nurse was very helpful indeed and went above and beyond, even helping me put my sock and shoe on after examining my injured foot. This same gentleman and other colleagues were very kind when a mum came in panicking about her child. I was very impressed overall, well done to the Team

  3. Review titled No understanding

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Ana Cunha - Posted on 25 July 2022

I have an appointment this morning and I've arrived 1 hour before so I checked in and wanted to look for some food or drink mashine because I didn't eat or drink in the morning and had an hour to eat something. A lady just looked at me and asked if I needed help. And I said I'm just trying to find somewhere I can have a drink or eat something while I wait for my appointment. She looked at me like if I was from another world. And even a patient made fun of it I know I'm not English but I think I deserve respect. I know this is a hospital not a shop but I was looking for a machine to have something to drink or eat. Anyway I'm waiting for my appointment and after I'll try to eat something quick to catch the train home.

Dear Ana Cunha, Thank you for your feedback, apologies for the delayed response. I am so sorry you were looked at as "if from another world" this is clearly not how we would expect our patients to feel. Again, please accept our sincere apologies. Kind regards.
