My mother had been under the excellent care of Acorn House for 4 years. During this time the dedicated staff and management were exceptional, thoughtful and extremely caring. We felt my mother was treated as an individual and all her needs were catered for to make her as comfortable as possible especially as she entered the palliative care pathway. My mother was treated with compassion and dignity until her passing, I believe she felt like she was surrounded by friends rather than carers. I would highly recommend this care home.
