I was witness to the deputy manager cancel mums care package, a member of the LA was present, the way the spoke to the LA was unprofessional. Also lack of training to help mum, nobody trained to live mum properly, making her cold cups of tea/coffee, leaving and saying they do not have time to make mum lunch when mum is bed ridden. I’ve visited and found an open bag of urine soaked paper and pads in the living room next to her bed that they haven’t taken to the bin. They leave a mess behind often. Mum feels she can’t keep complaining about the poor standards of care as she is worried about any repercussions
