The staff here are all from the same area of the world with the same accent. There is no problem with this but it means conversation can be difficult to understand especially for older people....it would be more preferable if at least one member of staff eachday could have more clear communication with the patient. Sometimes the staff come and leave without conversing with anybody else in the house, so often only the patient knew they were there at all....and they may see the patient asleep, do a quick check and then leave without informing anyone. The times they come are not always consistent so giving lunchtime medication at 11:30 instead of 1 is not really appropriate. They could at least communicate that someone else needs to give the medication at a certain time if they won't be there at that time. Overall they still provide a basic service that is required, but it is far from professional and often not suitable so not recommended.
