On two occasions in the last two weeks we have been unable to enter the premises to visit my disabled sister. You use the callback to contact the office but get sent through to a call office elsewhere. We were asked for a password which we do not have, we later found they had called my sister who is unable to move to the tannoy and cannot communicate easily even if she could reach it. We therefore gave up and left. We have just heard that a friend tried to enter and once again she gave up and left. Can someone look into this urgently as this should not be happening to people at risk. Lastly, we have had two instances where alarms were not dealt with and nobody called. Once again these calls are directed to an outside source and they are not dealing with the problems quickly. Next time the call might be life threatening! We must say that the carers, in the main, are amazing and my sister looks forward to seeing them. This problem comes from a lack of organisation in the office and above.
