This Company is a nightmare to deal with. No flexibility and incredibly difficult to contact successfully or liaise with satisfactorily. I would not recommend their services at all. I engaged them to look after my elderly relative but they are not user friendly with no flexibility and keep charging even when he is in hospital. Trying to get hold of them is a nightmare - again, not a good aspect for this type of service.
