   Care was arranged via discharge team 4 times a day. Medication was either missed by staff or given at wrong times. My elderly mother was left with out a call one evening no call when she told the carer she would not go to bed at seven. Which meant medication not given. In our experience it was an awful three weeks care till a new company was arranged by family member.
