I was Power of Attorney for my friend who had end stage breast cancer ; she received exceptionally excellent care with daily visits from Andrea Health Care for over 18 months. The Care was person centred & tailor made to meet her changing & complex needs; my friend built up trusting relationships,with her carers who demonstrated professional skills to support her & to enable her to live as independently as possible so when she became dependent on carers for all aspects of daily living as her condition deteriorated, she was treated with much dignity & respect & accepted the carers dealing with personal care procedures which was sonething she has been worried about as she was a very private individual. Staff became her trusted friends The manager communicated with me regularly as my friend became weaker so I could ensure all needs,were met . The total care package she received was exactly what she needed at any given time despite her needs being complex & unpredictable. Thankyou.
