My Aunt has been at Austin Rose since October 2023, she is 94yr young and has always said I don’t want to go in a care home, so I never thought we would get her to visit one let alone stay, but how wrong was I, she settled in immediately the staff are amazing right from the minute we got there they are so attentive asking her what she likes doesn’t like, her personality needs are all catered for to such a high standard, the care staff are all so lovely with her and the family nothing is to much trouble that’s across the board for all the staff, right from when you meet reception staff who are lovely and so helpful which first signs mean such a lot, the Manager is always available she is always walking around and is so approachable any questions you have will always be answered, my Aunt has settled in so easily into the environment of a lovely place for her to live happy and content, which makes us a happy family Thank you to everyone at the Austin Rose
