For the first time ever I loved my job and was treated so terribly by the office, the manager and the owner of the company. They never get into your situation, they never understand when you are sick The management doesn't care if you can take an extra shift, they almost threaten you, promise some things and don't fulfill them, and the demands on you are so much. They don't care how are you working are you doing For them, patients, or as they call them, clients, are for them like an object, they are not interested from care assistant.. A rather rude and unprofessional attitude, the management is constantly changing, the organization is under all kinds of criticism, even the customers have realized it. It's a pity when they work with NHS.
