At Bickham house there is a warm friendly welcoming and calm atmosphere a home from home in fact. There is always a caring feel and i love to visit ....my mum is very happy there and is thriving i am so grateful to all the staff for their kindness and integrity they are superstars ....from the care staff to the chef to the cleaners theyre a great team x
