My sibling has been living at Bidna House for nearly 6 months. She was very poorly when she moved here but has shown so much progress in the months she has become a resident. I cant big up the care team enough! especially the residential manager(s). They have gone above and beyond their roles in terms of care and support for both my sibling and the entire family. Communication between the family, resident and the Team is incredibly important and they have strived to make this happen as and when needed. Day trips and activities have been incredibly helpful to my sibling and the team always make sure that they get enough outdoor time and family time in the week. Staying connected to your loved one is key and they have made sure this remains so that the resident feels safe, loved and wanted The facilities are amazing - double bedrooms, clean bathrooms and large outdoor area with a beautiful garden (and chickens) and even live-in dog. I cant thank the Team enough for all their hard work and dedication in caring for and supporting all the residences that live at Bidna House.
