I have worked at Blackwater Mill for just over a year and a half. It is a very friendly home with laughter and joy amongst the staff and residents. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff to ensure that the resident are comfortable and the upmost happy and have all their needs met. There have been a lot of changes in the time I have been here, all for the better for staff and residents alike. With new chefs on board the food is great. There is always activities available for the residents should they wish to join in which is encouraged.The Housekeeping team are great and thourough. A quiet tv room is available should anyone wish to enjoy a film. The garden is accessible which they are welcome to sit and eat alfresco. In all a beautiful home in a beautiful setting with lovely team to ensure everyone has their needs met.
