I work for Blossoming Heartsand can honestly say they really do put the client first. my care manager is Approachableand very supportive to all staff. I have never worked for a company where the directors go to cover calls if staff are off sick or on holiday to make sure the clients get the call. Im so glad i approached this company before trying any other. Im now doing my level 3 in health and social care with th esupport of the care Manager. Thank you Blossoming Heart for giving me this opportunity to care.
