Following a recent hospital discharge for my mother, the care provided by Bluebird Care Westminster has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment she returned home, every aspect of her recovery was handled with such professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. The carers were so warm and attentive, ensuring her every need was met while promoting her independence, which is so important to her. They worked seamlessly with the hospital's discharge team, ensuring her transition home was as smooth and stress-free as possible
