Review titled Avoid this company!!!!!

My very vulnerable, elderly and with dementia neighbour has carers coming to her 3-4 times a day. They don`t even stay there for 5 min, where they should stay for 30 min! I can see them coming in and out and I have come out on numerous occasions to question why they are already going. Today the carer told me she can`t stay longer than 5 min because she is covid positive!!!!!! My neighbour`s dementia is progressing very fast because she has no interaction with other people, she comes out of the house every 10 min throughout the whole day to check if they coming to see her! Another time, different carer from the same company came, I told her to make her food and tea and stay with her (which she did) 10 min later they both knocking to my door, my neighbour in a huge distress and crying! while carer on her phone talking to someone in a foreign language and giggling!! When she got of the phone she said they can`t find the house keys. She didn`t reassure my neighbour, didn`t calm her down! Nothing! no empathy at all or respect for old and vulnerable people! Its heart braking to witness! My other neighbours have been supporting and did complain to this company but nothing has changed!! Please avoid them!!! No empathy at all! They don`t care about people :(
