Care with Kindness were wonderful - their name sums up their ethos perfectly! From the moment we met the person who came to make the initial assessment we knew they were the right fit for us. The need was urgent so they pulled out all the stops to put in interim care almost immediately. They pulled together a care plan and carefully selected the right staff to work with Dad. He was a proud man and they encouraged him to do as much for himself as he could. Stepping their support up and down as required. They fully engaged with Dad gently talking with him throughout their sessions, never rushing him and checking that he was comfortable before they did anything. They left him feeling fresh and clean. They became friends as well as professional support in a very short space of time. My Dad had been reluctant to have help before we met them but once we had he actively looked forward to them coming. My Mum was also really happy working with them. Dad has now passed away but they made the past few months of his life so much easier.
