   This service has been great so far for my Dad but tonight I got a call to say his alarm had been activated and 3 hours later I still haven't heard anything it is now 1.10am and I was told someone would call me when they got to him and let me know the situation, I am worried sick, has anyone got there? is he still waiting? I just don't know and when I try ringing back on the number that called me it is engaged.
