My family have only just engaged the services of Caremark Cheshire North East for help with my elderley parents. The office staff were a pleasure to deal with and we had a care plan in place within 2 days of first making contact. The carers are amazing with my parents. I can't recommend this care provider enough.

My 82 year old mother was left without a carer to make her tea today and apparently tomorrow, no phone call to myself to explain why,and I am her port of contact, unfortunately I am unable to get to her today or tomorrow, so she struggled to get something to eat, to make this worse 2 weeks ago whilst I was in work, I recieved a phone call to state nobody could go to give her her breakfast due to sickness, therefore an 82 year old lady did not get breakfast or a drink of tea, these are just 2 incidents, of quite a few I am a senior nurse and I have contingency plans in place should they be needed, I'm afraid caremark don't. I have complained to the company many times but it does not appear to make any difference, I am surprised that they come up as good in the CQC grading
