We have recently joined this care agency as my grandad was having an awful time with his previous care providers! Having joined care focus , i can't thank them enough for the care they have already provided my grandad with just within the 5 days of having them. They are so kind , caring and extremely patient. They are a breath of fresh air and can't thank them enough for what they are doing!Thank you for making my grandads life that little bit brighter already!

The quality and compassion care that the carers have given to my husband is outstanding. Iv never come across such dedicated staff. They show so much respect and dignity towards him myself and family. They all have hearts of gold. One staff member even bought home made food to bring to try get his appetite back ( very Tasty ) If anyone is worried about getting carers in then I would 100% recommend using this care agency. Iv worked in care for 20+ years and can hand on heart say they best iv come across. I would have no hesitation in letting them care for myself or a family member.
