My mum has dementia and Caring Lane care for my mum, before them I tried many different agencies but we stayed with Caring Lane because they listened to what we wanted and did things just the way we like. Also, they are handy for emergency call-outs and last-minute changes. The manager is very helpful and even helps with dealing with GP and social services. When they're with my mum I know she's in safe hands and I can leave her for a while and go about my life
