   Working for Carmel lodge was ridiculous Don’t get listened to by management! When I worked there you were constantly documenting residents behaviour as it was supposed to be residential Nothing was done ! I was ambushed and bullied by management Absolutely disgraceful place to work !! Useless with major attitude problems day staff as well !!
