How can a disabled person unable to use the stairs visit her very frail husband when the lift is out or order and he is on the upper floor - as all Nursing care residents are going to be. It is apparently out of order from about 4pm on Friday until 9am on Monday. The stress of the residents wife is already very high and she has health issues herself, she is now worried how her husband could be got out of the upstairs rooms in time if there was a fire.
