CityTrust provided home care for my Mum following a period in hospital, attending her 4 times daily. The continuity of staff was excellent with at least one staff member who attended the first visit of the day, then attending for the rest of the visits that day. All staff were extremely respectful and caring ensuring they understood Mum’s care need. They took the time to get to know Mum and the wider family. This all helped Mum to be at ease in circumstances that were difficult for her. The level of care was excellent throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of CityTrust Healthcare.
