This is the most unorganised company, so many times they have left my mother without being changed ( this resulted in me having to change and clean my mum ). We are on our 11 carer with them as all the others either didn’t care properly, were rude or just didn’t turn up and most the time they are only here for 5 minutes when they are supposed to be caring and helping my mother 3 times a day
