My family stay there and they take very good care of her. I visit this place a lot and i can see why they are such highly rated and awarded outstanding by cqc. The whole team is so lovely and they look after the residents very well and meet their needs. My family never traveled abroad and never had a passport. They supported her to apply for one and help her to overcome her anxiety. Since then. she has traveled like 4 times with Elegant Care Services across Europe and they enjoys her holidays. She has also overcome her anxiety to travel by plane.

I was very impress with this service and the level of care, support provided to my loved one. The staff and management were very police and the atmosphere at the service was very homely and welcoming. I have been visiting my love one on several BBQ's arranged by Elegant Care Services and they were so well organised and all the families and services users had a great time. I would highly recommend this service to everyone
