Epoch started to support my Dad well over 2 years ago with a carer coming in 3 times a day to help him with personal care. As Dads health and independence started to deteriorate, along with a long stay in hospital last summer we needed to increase the carer visits and level of support. This proved no issue at all to Epoch they have done everything we could have asked for. The carers also play a vital role in supporting Mum who after all us his main carer, with him all the time. The staff are all amazing they will always do that little bit extra that means so much, Dad loves a fish from the fish shop which they are happy to call there for him! Keep up the great work, you are all amazing
