I used this partnership for end of life care, in my home..they were very professional, all went the extra mile. You have one chance of helping some one die well. This partnership ensured whilst in my home this was achieved, If you want a loved one cared for properly, I highly recommend this care provider. Who also looked after me through that process, I was part of the care package put in place. As the care encompassed all involved. Previously having been so upset and distressed, with the discharge care provided from the hospital, feeling as though I had been abandoned. These people were a breath of fresh air. Thank you
