  1. Review titled Amazing care!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My husband was admitted during the summer of 2024 and has spent 4 months in the care of the lovely staff at Goldenview Carehome. At all times, he was treated with affection and respect and as a family we have nothing but the highest praise for everyone. The open office policy meant that we could have immediate answers to our questions and we have always been treated with respect and kindness - by all members of staff. My husband has had to move to another home in the city and, because of the quality of care he has received at Goldenview, my family specifically wanted him to go to a home belonging to the same owners - such is our strength of feeling. A huge thank you to all the care staff, the nursing staff and the management team - you all do a wonderful job!

  2. Review titled Wonderful care home assessment bed

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Dad was placed here following a stay in Royal Stoke and I can honestly say Golden View care home have been amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Dad settled in quite quickly and we were pleased with the support he received while there. The assessment process was amazing and as a family we were well informed about any issues and felt that the home sorted out any issues readily. Dad had a lovely view from his ensuite room, which I'm sure helped him to settle. The staff went above and beyond for him and very simply I would recommend them to anyone. Elderly care gets a bad rap a lot of the time, however, Golden View were amazing. All Dad's clothing was labelled by the home and we didn't lose any clothes as a full inventory was taken and we were able to check that he still had everything. Overall our experiences were positive, even attending the Christmas Carol concert, which was such a lovely thing to do for the residents

  3. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Our mum/nana Dorothy (Dot) was admitted to Golden View on June 13, 2023. Staff there are courteous, polite, respectful and made her short stay like a second home. Mum sadly passed away on 25 July peacefully and comfortably surrounded by loved ones. The care that the GP, nurses and support staff provided was second to none. The environment provided was joyous and dignified and, as a family, we are so grateful and thankful. You have all been so lovely. Thank you Xx
