Poor communication by office staff, often leaving my care calls uncovered or letting me know at the last minute that a carer is coming in on her day off to cover my call. I will often have to ring them to find out who I have got coming to me, even at weekends & out of hours as its been left so last minute to cover. I have been with the company for a while & had the same number of hours over same days, don't know how it can be so hard to set a rota down. The carers themselves are wonderful & do an amazing job!
