   86 year old had a stroke 12 weeks ago, diagnosed with cancer at same time and has recently fallen and broken her arm. Referred to Kent Enablement just for a few weeks support when she returns home after 12 weeks. They flatly refused any support whatsoever. This lady has lived in Kent all her life, paid tax, NI, rates and Council Tax, but they will not support her in any way. This is so depressing.
